We want you to be comfortable with your order. This Refund Policy explains your right to return CardioX and how refunds are handled.
Your 14-day right to return
In line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Where local law grants you stronger rights, those apply.
Conditions for a return
To be eligible, the product should be unopened, unused and in its original, undamaged packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened food supplements may not be eligible for return except where the product is defective or was sent in error.
How to request a return
To start a return, contact us at info@charmingrefine.shop with your name and order details within the 14-day period. We will confirm the return address and next steps.
Refund process and timing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and process any refund due. Approved refunds are issued using your original method of payment, or by arrangement for cash-on-delivery orders, normally within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
Return shipping costs
Unless the item is defective or was sent in error, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
